What is the CEH

When I set my sights on the field of security, I had no idea what I was looking for, so naturally when I came across the All In One CEH Exam Guide I thought, this is AWESOME, and it is.

The CEH from what I have been able to gather is an entry level certification in the security field. It does not go into alot of depth on how to be a hacker or on how to be a security professional. So far, it has been a tutorial on a bunch of tools that security professionals have at their disposal.
